Transformed the organization’s Business Applications group via a ground-up rebuilding and rebranding of the department, recruitment of management and staff, and reimplementation of their business application portfolio, including Salesforce. Responsible for the successful implementation of the company’s billing system, Zuora, which increased overall ARR, reduced support costs, and improved customer retention levels.

Responsible for the redesign of the organization’s global IT infrastructure including the implementation of all data center and application environments. Led the effort to implement a newly created Technical Operations Department supporting the organization’s PaaS solutions, leveraging a mixture of outsourcing (Rackspace, AWS, S3, Akamai CDN) and insourcing models.
Led the reimplementation of the organization’s internal and customer facing infrastructure, datacenter, and application architecture with a focus on their cloud based (Amazon, S3) SaaS e-Learning product offering. Worked with the business to develop and implement a buy-vs-build process in order to ensure adequate short and long-term capacity and return on investment.
Successfully stabilized their internal infrastructure and customer-facing SaaS based Demand Management platform through the implementation of a redesigned network and system architecture.
Primary architect responsible for the infrastructure integration related to the acquisition of the Pringles organization from Proctor and Gamble. Developed the department’s capacity planning model to meet projected growth while meeting current business requirements.
